Pelantun 'Call Me Maybe' itu menggondol tiga piala dari lima nominasi yang didapatkannya. Penghargaan bergengsi seperti 'Album of the Year' dan 'Single of the Year' berhasil diraihnya.
Sedangkan satu penghargaan lagi didapatkannya di nominasi 'Pop Album of the Year'. Carly pun mengaku tak menyangka bisa mendapatkan tiga penghargaan tersebut.
"Ini gila ketika satu lagu bisa dapat mengubah hidup kita. Piala ini aku persembahkan untuk para penggemar saya," ujarnya saat menerima penghargaannya.
Sedangkan, penyanyi muda berbakat Justin Bieber mendapatkan penghargaan di Juno Awards. Bieber mendapatkan penghargaan sebagai 'Fan Choice Award' dalam ajang tersebut.
